We optimize continuously. If you're at minimum ad spend and we're executing, you'll see results. If not, we audit the strategy and adjust — no additional fees. We're invested in your success.
Can we change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect next month (30-day notice). No penalties.

Who manages our Meta ad account?
We manage it. You own the Meta Business Account and keep admin access. Full transparency — you can see all spend and performance in real-time.
Do you handle customer service after booking?
No. We handle booking generation and qualification. You manage customer relationships and delivery. We're not in the customer success loop.
What's the difference between Growth Partner and Accelerator?
Partner: 2-3 campaign, 12 content/month, monthly calls — for businesses just starting

Is there a setup fee?
No. Included in your monthly investment.
What if we want to add more services (Google Ads, SEO, etc.)?
Not part of our offering. We focus on Meta + AI based Booking systems. Adding services dilutes execution. If you need other channels, hire separately.

Not currently. Monthly is flexible if your needs change.
Do you work with all event types?
Yes — weddings, corporate events, performances, conferences, festivals, caterers, decorators. Any event-based service that charges per booking.
How is billing handled?
Monthly invoice. 100% payment upfront via bank transfer (India) or Stripe (International). New month begins once payment is received.
